Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
